American Corners in Armenia offer public programs and information about the United States for the Armenian public. American Corner Kapan host speakers, workshops and meetings, and serve as a venue for locally generated programs such as an American film series and English classes.

The main activities of AC are:
  • providing of library service
  • providing access to current and reliable information from and about the United States
  • organizing lectures, discussions, paper shows
  • advising students who want to study in the United States

On November 21 at 15:00, an HIV/ AIDS Poster Drawing was held at the Kapan American Corner which aimed to recognize AIDS as a worldwide problem through visuals.
