The U.S. Congress

4:00pm 25.09.2009

On September 25, 2009 the American Corner in Kapan organized a public lecture entitled "The United States Congress" presented by U.S. Embassy Pol/Econ Officer Nigel Decoster. He spoke about the USA Congress and its structure, when it was built, how many brunches it has, about its authorization, how many political parties there are in USA in contrast to Armenia. He also answers the questions of participants.

English language teachers, students and frequent visitors of the Corner attended the lecture. This was the eighth in the “Americans at the American Corner” lecture series. Participants learned a lot about the federal legislation bodies of the United States.
