Peace Corps Week in Kapan

On February 25, 2009, the Kapan American Corner and Peace Corps Armenia celebrated Peace Corps Week. Peace Corps Volunteers organized a quiz about the Peace Corps for English Club members and all the winners were awarded with prizes. After the quiz, participants watched the film “Jesse Joseph” and held a round table discussion about the Peace Corps and what Volunteers do here in Armenia. Armenian participants also explained why they decided to become active members of their communities.
